Muskelsårhet og eksplosiv kraft hos profesjonelle rugbyspillere
Twenty professional rugby players were randomized to take either Smartfish or a protein-based placebo twice daily over five weeks. The effect was measured through muscle soreness, countermovement jump (CMJ), and mental well-being. The results showed that Smartfish reduced muscle soreness and fatigue, and helped maintain muscle strength and explosiveness compared to day zero.

Substrate Metabolism at Rest and during Steady-State Cycling
Twenty-one male cyclists and triathletes were randomized to two groups receiving supplementation twice daily with either Smartfish or a control for four weeks. Researchers measured gas exchange at rest and during 60 minutes of cycling at 85% of individual lactate threshold. The results showed that Smartfish increased the respiratory exchange ratio and carbohydrate oxidation during steady-state cycling, while fat oxidation was reduced.

Eccentric Exercise in Competitive Soccer Players
30 male football players were divided into three groups who for six weeks received supplements twice daily with either Smartfish-like drink (containing omega-3, whey protein, leucine, and carbohydrate), only protein and carbohydrate, or only carbohydrate. After eccentric strength training in the legs, researchers measured recovery over 72 hours. The group that received the omega-3 blend reported significantly lower muscle soreness and reduced levels of creatine kinase in the blood compared to the other groups.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER
SILJE GJERDE
"New technology and new insights have made it possible to develop an omega-3 product that combines documented effect with a taste people actually like."
A GROUNDBREAKING EMULSION
The Smartfish formula
Smartfish is a high-tech emulsion – we use a method to bind and stabilize fish oil of the highest quality in a natural juice blend, while adding as much whey protein isolate as possible.
UNIQUE
NEW FORMULATION
Smartfish is the first recovery drink of its kind, combining protein, natural carbohydrates and omega-3 in a ready-to-drink product that tastes great.
STABLE
15 months shelf life
Smartfish can be stored at room temperature for 15 months, thanks to its stable emulsion and aseptic packaging, completely without preservatives.
Fresh
FRUITY FLAVOR
Does it taste like fish? No, Smartfish has a fresh raspberry flavor and is fruit juice-based.
"We have used Smartfish for several years, especially after matches and intensive training sessions when it often takes time for players to consume other nutrients.
It is also positive that it contains a good amount of Omega-3, which most people do not get enough of, and not least that it tastes good."
Halvard Øen Grova | Physio | Viking Fotball
"We have been using Smartfish for several years and are very satisfied with the product as it provides a supply of nutrients in the open window right after training, and before they consume a full meal 30-45 minutes after the session."
Bjørn Erik Melland | Medical Coordinator | Aalesund Football Club
I have to say I'm really positively surprised by the effect of omega-3 on recovery. Since I started using Smartfish and increased my omega-3 intake, I've noticed a clear difference - my body can handle more, recovers faster, and I simply have another gear in training. It's a game-changer."
Yngvar Andersen | General Manager | Spring Run Club

A fruity protein drink enriched with Norwegian omega-3 from sustainable sources.
Your recovery loooooooooop
1
RESISTANCE
Training and competition stress and break down muscles. To avoid injuries and overuse, muscles need time to recover between sessions.
2
RECOVERY
Smartfish has been developed to support your recovery after exercise, by providing you with a high dose of essential nutrition, including protein, carbohydrates, and omega-3.
3
RESULTS
With the right balance of nutrition, fluids, and rest, muscles recover faster – allowing you to train harder and more often.
