Smartfish is stable for 15–18 months and does not need to be refrigerated. Smartfish is best enjoyed chilled.
Store dry between 1–25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
We do not recommend freezing the product. If the product has been exposed to cold temperatures during transport, we recommend checking it by smelling and tasting it.

Delivery
We deliver with Bring/Posten to the nearest post office. The package should usually arrive within 3-4 business days.

Shipping costs NOK 150 per package but is free if you subscribe to receive Smartfish in bulk, two packages every other month.
For now, we only ship within Norway. But feel free to subscribe to our newsletter so we can keep you updated on when we launch in other countries.
You will receive an email with a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We ship to your nearest post office, so you can conveniently pick up your package when it suits you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address for an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change the address for your next delivery, you can do so under My Account.
Return
If you are not satisfied with the product, please fill out the return form you received by email with your first order and send it to hi@smartfishsports.com.
You will then receive further instructions on how to return the package.
We adhere to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, which gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal.
We do not offer free returns. Returned goods due to the right of withdrawal will be charged NOK 150 for return shipping, while returned goods in a complaint case are returned free of charge.
Once we receive the item back in stock, we will refund your money via the payment method you chose for the purchase.
