What is Smartfish made of?

Juice from concentrate (apple, pear, raspberry 2.5%), whey protein concentrate (milk), fish oil, stabilizer (pectin), malic acid, natural flavour, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Smartfish is low in lactose, contains no added sugar, artificial sweeteners, or preservatives. Contains a natural sugar content from juice.

Does Smartfish contain allergens?

Yes, Smartfish contains the allergens fish and milk.

Does Smartfish contain gluten?

No, Smartfish does not contain gluten. Smartfish is gluten-free.

Does Smartfish contain lactose?

Smartfish is low in lactose.

Smartfish contains a very small amount of lactose (0.06 g per 100 g) and is generally well tolerated by most people with mild lactose intolerance. Not suitable for people with milk allergy.

How does Smartfish taste?

Smartfish tastes like a creamy raspberry smoothie, with no fishy smell or taste whatsoever.

We use premium quality fish oil that is completely dissolved in a protective emulsion. This keeps the oil stable and prevents oxidation throughout its shelf life.

How long does Smartfish last?

Smartfish is stable for 15–18 months and does not need to be refrigerated. Smartfish is best enjoyed chilled.

**How should Smartfish be stored?**

Store dry between 1–25 °C. Protect from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.

Can Smartfish be frozen?

We do not recommend freezing the product. If the product has been exposed to cold temperatures during transport, we recommend checking it by smelling and tasting it.

The consistency may change slightly with prolonged freezing, but the taste and nutritional content should remain unchanged, and the product is safe to consume. It is recommended to thaw the product to room temperature for an even consistency.

**How much Smartfish can I drink?**

The safety limit for Smartfish is linked to the safe upper intake level for omega-3 DHA and EPA, which Smartfish contains in abundance.

According to EFSA, a daily intake of up to 5 g of DHA and EPA is not associated with adverse health effects, so it should be safe to enjoy at least 5 Smartfish per day.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase. If you are unsure, you can check your order history under My Account, or contact us at hi@smartfishsports.com.

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

We deliver with Bring/Posten to the nearest post office. The package should usually arrive within 3-4 business days.

We deliver with Bring/Posten to your nearest post office.

**What does shipping cost?**

Shipping costs NOK 150 per package but is free if you subscribe to receive Smartfish in bulk, two packages every other month.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only ship within Norway. But feel free to subscribe to our newsletter so we can keep you updated on when we launch in other countries.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What happens if I'm not home when the package is delivered?

We ship to your nearest post office, so you can conveniently pick up your package when it suits you.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address for an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change the address for your next delivery, you can do so under My Account.

Return

How do I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with the product, please fill out the return form you received by email with your first order and send it to hi@smartfishsports.com.

You will then receive further instructions on how to return the package.

**How long is my right of withdrawal?**

We adhere to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, which gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal.

**Do you offer free returns?**

We do not offer free returns. Returned goods due to the right of withdrawal will be charged NOK 150 for return shipping, while returned goods in a complaint case are returned free of charge.

When will I get my money back after a return?

Once we receive the item back in stock, we will refund your money via the payment method you chose for the purchase.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item or a damaged item?
