This return policy applies to all purchases made in our online store. It supplements our terms of purchase as well as the statutory right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened consumer packages. Opened products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Entire distribution packages (unopened box) can be returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at hi@smartfishsports.com and fill out our withdrawal form.

Return shipping in connection with the right of withdrawal is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipment for returns. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Once we have received and approved the returned product, we will refund the amount within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Any shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded if you only return part of the order.

If the product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping cost. Complaints must be reported to us as soon as possible at hi@smartfishsports.com.

The right to complain follows the legislation in your country of residence.
